Energy intervention integrated in a major Galvanizing Plant in the Lombardy region. The project entailed the entire Company’s energy supply.
The trigeneration plant installed - capable of generating 250 kW of electric power and 380 kW of heat, covers the entire heating requirements, by heating up the tanks in the galvanic units, and, with the return water from the primary circuit, to feed two under-vacuum evaporators for processing water purification without additional costs.
The treatment and recovery plants for water coming from the physical chemical purification plant, work simultaneously, by exploiting the thermal waste returning from the galvanizing lines. The system treats 100% of process water, by completely recovering them.
