Turnkey system consisting of a 50 kW micro cogenerator combined with a 4000 liter day vacuum evaporator with hot water and heat pump final concentrator to obtain solid concentrates. The intervention made it possible to cover the total thermal requirements for the supply of the vacuum evaporation system and provide about 60% of the plant’s electrical requirements. The distillate obtained from the evapo concentration process is totally reused as a replacement and reintegrate the rinses from the lines of galvanizing. The concentrate, consisting exclusively of solid salts, is disposed of and constitutes less than 2% of the treated volumes.
